Religion… in a nutshell.

Trigger warning: this post is blunt and biased. Read at your own risk.

“It’s hard to love yourself. Which makes it very easy to love a character from a book and admire historic figures for what they claimed to be and done. As a writer, I admire many other characters and historical figures throughout history, but I would never disrespect or blame any one of them for things happening in my life. I take responsibility for my choices, my actions and the consequences that come with them.”

Bottom line religious people are insecure with themselves and if they could think of the world without a God, or one creator, it would probably be a worse one.. one they are afraid to know.

What are you afraid of?
