Refund and Returns Policy

The Existentialist Store refund and returns policy lasts forever… under some conditions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to The Existentialist Store first and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for any shipping costs if any are applicable. The Existentialist Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we urge you to double check your shipping address before ordering to avoid this. The Existentialist Store do not provide refunds for lost or stolen purchases.

To request to return an item purchased follow these steps:

  1. Contact Emriyus here
  2. In your email please include the following information:
    1. a receipt or proof of purchase found in your order confirmation email
    2. a picture of the product you are returning and the reason
    3. wait up to 24hrs for confirmation about your return request to proceed with the refund or exchange (up to value of original purchase)

Please do not send your purchase back without getting a return confirmation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Bookmarks with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to The Existentialist Store error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your request and will proceed with refunding the item.

When we receive the returned product from you, your refund will be immediately sent. You will also be notified of the rejection of your refund if we receive the returned product in any of the conditions mentioned above.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact The Existentialist here.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 33 days of the original purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact The Existentialist here before returning anything.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, such as commission art works and originals, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
